We offer 2 methods of payment, by Paypal or by direct deposit into an Australian bank account. Cancellations: This policy applies to high season only. Prepayment in Low season will result in a full refund minus any fees retained by Paypal if outside the 2 month refund window or bank fees if paid by a bank transfer. Payment in high season: For all payments, more than 1 month before your stay but less than 2 months from payment will incur no fees. If using Paypal, more than 1 month before arrival but more than 2 months from payment will incur the 7% Paypal fees (we do not keep any fee ourselves). More than 1 week, but less than a month incurs a 50% fee, cancellations of 1 week or less incur a 100% fee HOWEVER If the room is rebooked, these refunds rates may increase at the managements' discretion. Our rooms are almost always rebooked in high season. Staff: We support fare wages and conditions for local people, and provide training opportunities. Environment: The premises are cleaned with environmentally friendly materials and fitted with power saving devices Smoking: Guests are welcome to smoke on balconies and in the garden. All rooms are non-smoking. Children: Well-behaved children welcome. Ground level rooms only are available for children. The number of rooms available for children at any one time are limited. |
